Lori A. Stevens, RD, PLDN

As a recreational runner and cyclist, Lori has a special interest in sports nutrition. She has earned a degree in Foods and Nutrition from Meredith College and her work experience includes EFNEP (NC Cooperative Extension's Food and Nutrition Education Program) and WakeMed Cary Hospital. Lori lives in Apex, NC with her husband and three children. Lori believes nutrition and physical activity go hand in hand and athletes of all levels need proper nutrition to optimize performance. Members of the team look forward to Lori’s guidance throughout a long season of racing and training.
